Are your items handmade?

Yes! Every item is designed and handmade by Irina in North Carolina. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations may occur, making every item unique.
Why are handmade items priced higher than mass-produced products?

Each piece is individually designed, cut, sewn, quilted, finished, and packaged by hand using premium materials. Your purchase supports a small business and helps keep handmade craftsmanship alive.
What fabrics do you use?

I carefully select high-quality fabrics from collections such as William Morris, Liberty-inspired prints, French General, Tilda, Moda, and other premium quilting cottons.
Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I love creating custom pieces. Please use the Request a Custom Order link on the Custom Orders page or send me a DM at @stitchandstorync to discuss your project.
How long does shipping take?

Ready-to-ship items are typically shipped within 2–5 business days. Custom orders may require additional production time.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of my products, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos so I can help resolve the issue.
How do I care for my quilted items?

Spot cleaning is recommended. For deeper cleaning, hand wash gently in cold water and lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and high heat. See detailed information on the Care Instructions page.
Will the item look exactly like the photos?

I do my best to accurately represent colors and details. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Do you restock sold-out items?

Some collections are made with limited fabric quantities and may not be restocked. If you see something you love, it’s best to purchase it while available.
